FAQ

Do you allow walk-ins?

Yes, walk-ins are welcome! If you want to guarantee a specific time, you can reserve here on our website - start by choosing a session length 15/30/60 minutes above.

Do I need to bring a camera?

No - the camera is built-in and the studio is fully ready-to-shoot. We also give you buttons for adjusting the camera height to get your best angle.

How many people can fit in the studio?

We do not limit the size of groups for booking. For large groups, some may wait outside if they cannot fit in the studio. In the photoshoot area itself, about 6-7 pax maximum can squeeze in, but 2-3 would be more comfortable - please see our Instagram for reference. Groups may shoot together or separately, however you prefer.

Do you allow pets?

We allow small dogs only, which must be held or propped up when inside the studio. First dog is free! A P250 fee applies for each additional dog.

Unfortunately we cannot allow cats at this time, because of drapery and lighting fabrics.

How do I get my photos?

We'll email you a password-protected link to download all your image files (soft copies). No need to install any app. We do not offer prints/hard copies at this time.

Can I have prints/hard copies?

We do not offer hard copies at this time, but we'll add this service if there are enough requests - let us know!

What is the Free Trial?

Walk in anytime for a Free Trial, if the studio is not already booked. We'll show you how the studio works, and you can try different lighting/backgrounds and take a few test shots if you like (but we won't send soft copies).

What payment methods are available?

In-person: Cash, Credit/Debit Card, QRPH (Gcash, Maya, others)

Online: E-wallet (Gcash, GrabPay, Maya), QRPH, Direct Debit (RCBC, BPI, UnionBank, ChinaBank)

Do you provide props?

Please inquire, as we may stock some. Either way, you're welcome to bring your own props, costumes, accessories, even music instruments. You may use the attached changing area as needed.

Can we pause the timer for changing outfits?

We cannot pause the timer once started, but can allow a few minutes before your session to quickly change outfits (if you arrive on time). To maximize your studio time, you may prefer to bring others with you so they can shoot while you're changing, and so on.

Can I take full body shots?

Full body shots are not yet possible. Our studio is best for headshots up to 3/4-length shots. Anyone over 6'2" or under 4'2" may use our stools to stay in-frame of the camera. Groups may use the stools and camera controls for the best framing.

Do you do hair and makeup?

Not at the moment, but you'll have access to a lighted mirror and power outlet in the private entrance space. You're also welcome to bring an HMU artist with you if you like, for no extra fee.
