Refund policy
- Free rescheduling is available up to 48 hours before the session; a ₱250 fee applies within 48 hours of the session.
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session are eligible for a refund minus a ₱100 service fee; no refunds within 48 hours of the session.
- Your slot will be forfeited with no refund if you do not show up for your scheduled time slot.
